Server Hosting:
Our centralized server hosting service unites secure data center sites, networks, and storage access to host your own servers, either standalone or virtualized, in an energy-efficient environment, which reduces the cost and complexity of information technology infrastructure.

Virtual Turn-Key Servers:
ITS offers a turn-key solution that provides our customers with a virtual server hosted on ITS owned hardware. This solution will allow for very rapid application deployments with no up-front capital investment. For a monthly charge, you can use the virtual server for as long as you need it.

Reverse Proxy:
Our reverse proxy is an additional layer of protection for web applications that need it. In addition to providing an extra measure of security against malicious attacks, reverse proxy can also increase the performance and scalability of web applications.
The Reverse Proxy layer is added in front of the user presentation layer, creating a buffer between the more accessible Tier 1 facing the Internet or NYeNet, and the more secure business logic layers in the Legacy Tier. Reverse Proxy uses a Universal Resource Locator (URL) to enable customers to migrate applications to the Internet, intranet and the Data Center’s three tier architecture.
Since this is a service which does not require customers to purchase hardware, it can easily be terminated when it is no longer required. The customer can simply contact ITS to terminate the service.
Additional Services:
ITS will work with customers requiring new software, hardware, database or other related network products to ensure delivery, as well as technical and operational aspects meet their product needs.

Our Mainframe Hosting Services permit our customers to take advantage of ITS's comprehensive end-to-end mainframe architecture. The State Data Center manages and operates Unisys and IBM mainframes, which host more than 50 mission-critical applications for over 20 state agencies.
ITS's Command Center provides a secure facility to monitor your largest computer assets on a 24x7x365 basis, and it supplies the operational and technical expertise necessary to support critical infrastructure. ITS's mainframe monitoring services provide expertise on software standards and hardware characteristics to ensure optimal performance.

Disaster Recovery Testing
A proactive approach to Disaster Recovery planning ensures business continuity and keeps pace with a higher level of information availability.
To help customers with such planning and implementation, ITS makes our Enterprise Infrastructure available for resilience testing and provides technical support to diagnosis and resolve technical issues that may arise during the testing process.

ITS offers several tiers of data storage to our customers who benefit from our Mainframe or Server Hosting services. Our data storage service allows our customers to match performance for the cost. ITS provides the best value of any storage offering and utilizes 100% of available storage capacity. Data Storage is billed based on allocated amount of disk space used on a monthly basis.
